Xiami has upgraded its Redmi Note 5 series by adding a Flame Red edition variant in China. The newly launched device from Xiaomi comes with a 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage. The specifications of the device are similar to the Redmi Note 5 Pro, but if we look in-detail there are few minor changes in this device too. As pe the chines currency it is priced CNY 1,399 which will be approx Rs. 14,500 in India, while noticeably the Note 5 Pro was priced 13,999.

The Note 5 Flame Red edition comes with a 5.99-inch full-HD+ screen which has the resolution of (1080×2160 pixels). It run on the latest Android version with MIUI 9 out of the box. The device is boosted by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, attached with 4GB of RAM. So without any dought, it has the best processor in budget category and it will be capable of doing very good multitasking works.
The Note 5 Flame Red edition rock a vertical dual rear camera which is of 12-megapixel and a 5-megapixel sensor. The smartphone now packs a 13-megapixel front camera sensor that comes with artificial intelligence (AI) and HDR, which is quite good but when we compare it with Note 5 pro it has less camera in terms of megapixels because the Pro variant packs a 20MP rear camera. But that doesn’t have an artificial intelligence (AI) support.
In the connectivity department, the device shines with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and the last but not least 3.5mm headphone jack.
